"illegal precompiled header version" -- USUALLY means that you have precompiled header COMPILED by older or newer version of CodeWarrior.
In your case offended is <MacHeadersMach-O++>
You say that you use CW 8.1, this means that you have install UPDATE 8.1, yes?
Then I think you simply need REBUILD MSL libraries as mentioned in ReleaseNotes of CW.
