Ruslan, Brian My Bad. I had a different versin of VXMCD in various places and no version in other places. Now I have the correct version in the correct places and all is well.
Just a note. Although I knew better, viz. I knew where VXCMD should go, I forgot and had multiple versions. There is nothing in the 'Read me' that tells me to include it with the application. It says "To include VXCMD into your project you should copy XFCN resource "Valentina" using ResEdit or Resorcerer. " Sylvain's wonderful AddLib (thanks again) 'Read me' says "xCard developers should copy the Shared Library into the resource fork of a standalone stack."
Perhaps in the 'read me' you could state that "The VXCMD engine may be place in the extension folder or in the same folder as HC, SC, MC or RR. You may also copy the XFCN resourse 'Valentina' using ResEdit or Resorcerer or AddLib into the resource fork of your project" or something to that effect.
Thanks again for your hard work, Ron
PS will the recent outer join cmds make it into VXCMD?
