That's the recent Republican thinking, that tax hikes are always bad and tax

cuts are always good. Just because they think that and say it does not make

it true. Somebody, somewhere, always has to pay for government. The only

place to get money is where there is some to be gotten.

There's not going to be much in capital gains in the next year or so

regardless so quit getting your shorts twisting up in a bunch.

Obama is not going to say what you want him to say. Elections have

consequences. Enjoy.
