You may need to reconsider:

You should get a location in Las Vegas or Arizona or somewhere on the other side of all those faults. I can't help you. I am on top
of all the same faults as Hollister. I have relatives in NM. I probably should put a server there. I wonder how much the utilities
and an adequate Internet connection would cost? I guess all you need is Win2000/Linux + apache2 and slimftp or something like that.
That would give you a full time html and ftp connection.
